Dog sandwich
So here I was, trying to use Tawny as a pillow, and she decided to use me as a pillow instead. Very funny!
In other news, the manufacturer of our floors has decided to replace our floors free of charge, as a good will gesture, because their authorized dealer did an extremely lousy job of installing the floors. There may be some costs involved that we will have to be responsible for, will have to see.

The products of combustion from propane are water vapour and carbon dioxide. Here you can see the warm moist exhaust from the furnace is rising and condensing on the soffits where it makes a nice frosty decoration.
On Sunday we walked around the lake throwing the kong for Tawny. She loves that but when she gets tired out, she just sits down and waits for us to throw the kong to her, and then she catches it and brings it back to us.
Here is Tawny in one of her rare moments of introspection, pondering the snow on her nose and how it got there.

Path marker lights
This is a photo of some path marker lights we just put up. They are colour-changing LED lights, as you can see there are different colours. They have a clear snowflake like plastic bit on the top that spreads the light around so it glows nicely.
